iTechPanel LLP does not sell any physical products, so there is no return policy.

Refund Policy

iTechPanel LLP does not offer refunds except in specific cases:

• If a customer requests a refund before work commences (within 2 business days of upfront payment), a 25% refund charge will be applicable.
• Once a project has started by the iTechPanel team, no refunds will be allowed.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can request to cancel a project within 2 business days after finalizing the deal:

• Cancellation charges of 25% of the upfront payment will be deducted.
• The remaining payment will be credited to your bank account.
